To minimize prolonged exposure to moisture that can cause tarnishing and wear, we recommend removing your S+P jewelry before showering or swimming. It is normal for sterling silver to tarnish over time, we suggest using a silver cloth to help polish up all the findings on your piece. When not being worn, store in a closed container or a cloth bag to avoid any additional moisture.
We are pleased to offer repairs for all S+P jewelry. Repair fees will vary depending on the condition of the piece. It may take between 1-2 weeks for completion. Once the item is restored, we’ll email you a tracking number. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs in the returning of the item.
